iPod Touch is quickly replacing the traditional iPod Classic because of additional capabilities of iPod Touch. iPhone is also capturing prosumer and enterprise market super fast.
Overall, iPhone seems to be best choice if you are looking for a cool multi-touch phone with web browsing capability. iPod Touch is essentially iPhone minus phone and camera. Everything else is pretty much the same. iPod Classic is still the best choice if you have huge audio and video content and want to have it handy wherever you are.
